Introducing Soft Gel Paste™, a pourable, highly concentrated gel that breaks with the industry standard of a hard paste in a jar. This innovative solution was developed to offer a superior alternative to traditional color options.

Soft Gel Paste features a squeezable bottle with a flip-top cap, a design deliberately chosen to differentiate it from anything else on the market. This distinctive packaging allows the color to be dispensed in individual drops, ensuring clean and easy to replicate control from one application to the next.

Formulated with the necessary dye concentration levels, these highly concentrated soft gel food colors are capable of producing the most vibrant and brilliant shades. The unique viscosity of Soft Gel Paste provides the convenience of a pourable gel, making it simpler to measure accurate amounts or duplicate specific color tones.

Only a small quantity of Soft Gel Paste is required to tint icing, fondant, marzipan, gum paste, or dough without affecting the consistency. Unlike liquid colors, Soft Gel Paste will not break down buttercream or non-dairy icings. This makes it an exceptionally versatile and user-friendly option for decorators and bakers.

Proudly made in the United States, Soft Gel Paste is comprised of water, sugar, and one or more of the following U.S. certified colors: Blue 1 (E133), Blue 2 (E132), Yellow 5 (E102), Yellow 6 (E110), Red 3 (E127), Red 40 (E129), titanium dioxide (E171), mica pigment, vegetable gum, modified corn starch, citric acid, and less than 1/10 of 1% sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate as preservatives.

Key features of Soft Gel Paste include easy-to-measure squeeze bottles, reduced aftertaste, and resistance to breakdown in icing and whipped toppings. The colors also mix easily and are fade-resistant, offering reliable performance for a wide range of baking and decorating applications, from cookies and cakes to pops and confections.
